You'll make an impact by

• You support your supervising Venture Director by getting familiar with the key aspects of technology commercialization, actively participating in ongoing projects
• Building on this, you assist in evaluating the business potential of innovative technologies by conducting thorough analyses of technology trends, markets, and competitors
• Subsequently, you help develop business concepts and business plans, ensuring that all relevant data and research findings are incorporated
• Additionally, you contribute to the sales process by identifying potential customers, preparing sales materials, and supporting outreach activities
• Throughout all stages, you collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as market experts or potential customers, and gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of venture building

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You are currently successfully studying Industrial Engineering, Business Management or a related field
• Experience and Skills:
  • You have already completed intermediate examinations (approximately to bachelor level) and have gained initial professional experience in your field
  • Experience in start-up development or consulting is an advantage
  • You are familiar with market analysis, business plan development or technology commercialization
• Ways of Working: You work independently, show strong analytical thinking and are a committed team player
• Languages: You have business-fluent English and German skills
