Responsibilities:
- Optimize digital tools and workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Implement process improvements, monitor outcomes, and leverage AI tools for continuous optimization.
- Analyze workflows to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather requirements and incorporate feedback.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Information Management, or related.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Power BI, VBA, workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, n8n), and basic financial knowledge is a plus.
