In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, we are sharing the starting annual base pay (gross per year). This amount is the starting pay for the position, based on a full-time schedule over a full calendar year. The final offer may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience, as permitted under applicable local law. This role offers a competitive, fixed base salary and eligibility to participate in an IBM Sales Incentive Plan. On Target Earnings (OTE) reflect total expected annual compensation at 100% target achievement and consist of base salary plus a performance based incentive, calculated as a percentage of reference salary. Incentive payments are variable, non guaranteed, and subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable IBM incentive plan.
