Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Assist with the management of bug reports and ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution;
- Perform data entry and maintain the accuracy of databases and system information;
- Collect and present information on various topics as needed by the team;
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for both local and international team functions.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Completed secondary education (12th grade);
- Solid fundamental PC skills, especially with office software, which is a highly valued asset for daily operations;
- High level of English, both spoken and written;
- An energetic and proactive attitude, eager to take initiative and drive tasks forward.
