Job Description
As a Bridge Hardware Engineer (Japanese/Chinese Speaking), you will support Change Management activities for automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs) throughout the product lifecycle. Acting as a technical bridge between Japanese/ Chinese customers and Software/Mechanical &other validation teams, you will drive change requests, assess technical impacts, coordinate validation activities, and ensure successful implementation of product changes while maintaining quality, reliability, and production readiness. Key Responsibilities
- Understanding customer requirements
- Hardware design analysis
- Doing component level and product level compatibility analysis
- Co-ordination of Product level EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) & Reliability testing
- Interactions with plant for production related supports
- Handling Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
- Coordination’s with Software, Mechanical and other validation teams
Qualifications
Mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Electronics or related field.
- 0- 3 years of experience in board-level hardware design. Open for Fresher with good language and communication skills.
- Knowledge in Electronic components and product design & life cycle management
- Good knowledge in Analog, Digital circuits, Power Electronics design
- Good at project coordination
- Analytical thinking, good communication & teamwork
- Language proficiency in English AND at least one of the following languages: Japanese or Chinese.
Nice-to-have
- Hands on experience & good knowledge in Automotive Hardware domain
- Knowledge in product production process
- Experience in Reliability & EMC validation tests, Test plan & report preparation & Standards
